Какие задачи предстоит решать: Работа с входящими запросами, отправка счетов Заказчикам, корректировка цен в заказе; Совместная подготовка коммерческих и технико-коммерческих предложений, технических заданий, счетов, официальных писем, договоров и пр. документаций; Доработка технико-коммерческих предложений – визуализация, составление описания; Запрос коммерческих предложений у поставщиков, подбор аналогов для просчета проекта; Взаимодействие со смежными отделами: создание заказов на внутреннее потребление, поручений экспедитору, заявок на сборку мебели и т.д.; Работа с рекламациями/взаимодействие с ОТК и заказчиком. Направление заявок в сервис, поддержание связи с Заказчиком.; Контроль статусов сделок, сроков и этапов исполнения Договоров; Структурирование вышедших конкурсов, занесение их в CRM с указанием сроков подачи по запросу от руководителя проектов; Контроль исполнения сроков заказов производством по запросу от руководителя проектов; Согласование сроков и прочих деталей отгрузок с заказчиком, проведение простых отгрузок; Информационная, документационная и техническая поддержка клиентов; Поддержка руководителей проектов во время командировок; Участие в оптимизации и стандартизации процессов продаж. Кого мы ищем: Высшее образование; Грамотная письменная и устная речь; Умение работать с текстовой информацией, анализировать данные; Внимательность, ответственный подход к выполнению задач, высокий уровень самоорганизации, усидчивость; Умение систематизировать и структурировать данные; Опыт работы с документами; Уверенное владение ПК (пакет MS Office), знание CRM (1C, Bitrix и пр.); Опыт работы ассистентом / координатором продаж / тендерным специалистом будет преимуществом; Желание обучаться новому; Умение и желание работать в команде.
