Основные обязанности - - Руководство отделом, планирование работы отдела и распределение функций между его работниками. - Приемка проектно сметной документации на строительство, проверка её комплектности, соответствия действующим нормативным документам, правильности принятых технических и экономических решений. Контроль своевременности внесений изменений в базу данных автоматизированной системы разработки смет, связанные с внедрением новых нормативов, цен, прейскурантов, сборников единичных расценок. Контроль над своевременной корректировкой сметной (и сметно-договорной) документации в связи с изменениями, связанными с внедрением новых нормативов, цен, прейскурантов, сборников единичных расценок. Контроль над своевременным внесением информации в базу данных Общества, документооборот, позволяющую вести реестр заказов и контрактов. Подготовка технико-экономических обоснований для участия Общества в тендерных торгах. Подготовка проектов договоров с субподрядными организациями при необходимости. 6. Защита в согласующих и утверждающих инстанциях проектно сметной документации, разработанной Обществом. Анализ проектно-сметной документации в части объемов работ. Составление, проверка заявок на материал для производства строительно-монтажных работ. Разработка и ведение полного пакета разрешительной и исполнительной документации по объектам строительства. Формирование и согласование со службами Заказчика необходимой документации на дополнительные / неучтенные работы (Акты необходимости, дефектные ведомости).

Высшее образование (ПГС, строительное направление); Опыт в составлении смет; Понимание процесса организации и ведения строительно-монтажных работ; Знание ПК (офисных и специализированных программ: AutoCAD и др.); Умение читать чертежи и проектную документацию; Умение пользоваться нормативно-методической базой сметного дела.
