Подготовка, согласование и сдача исполнительной документации по завершённым этапам строительства; Взаимодействие с заказчиками, производителями работ, проектными организациями, надзорными органами; Проверка соответствия фактического выполнения работ проектной и рабочей документации техническим регламентам, утверждённому графику, при наличии обоснований корректировка графика; Учет, фиксация дополнительных работ по объекту; Проверка правильности расходования материально-технических ресурсов на объекте; Составление производственных графиков; Ведение технической переписки; Входной контроль (проверка качества поступающих на объект материалов, изделий и конструкций).

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование; Опыт работы не менее 2 лет (опыт работы в строительной организации с аналогичным функционалом будет конкурентным преимуществом); Свободное чтение чертежей, схем, технической документации, спецификаций; Способность найти необходимые строительные нормы, правила и стандарты (ГОСТ, СП, ТУ и другие); Опыт составления исполнительной документации по разделам АД, КЖ; Знание государственных требований и стандартов, систему государственной аттестации и сертификации дорожно-строительных работ; Знание профиля, специализации, организационной структуры Компании, производственные планы Производственного участка; Знание технологии, требований по качеству выполнения дорожно-строительных работ.Знание офисных программ Microsoft Office, АutоСАD, 1С: Предприятие 8.3, опытный пользователь ПК; Умение работать с большим объемом информации; Умение работать в команде, дисциплина, внимательность к деталям, коммуникабельность, ответственный подход к работе, способность оперативно выполнять поставленные задачи.
