Основная цель должности: Обеспечение бесперебойной, безопасной и экономически эффективной эксплуатации автопарка учреждения (8 легковых автомобилей), а также организация работы водительского состава и сопутствующего документооборота. Управление автопарком: контроль технического состояния транспортных средств; планирование и организация технического обслуживания и ремонта автомобилей; координация работы с сервисными центрами и подрядчиками по ремонту; учёт пробега, расхода ГСМ и иных эксплуатационных показателей. Организация работы водителей: распределение транспортных средств и маршрутов между водителями; мониторинг дисциплины и качества работы водительского состава. Документооборот и контрактная работа: подготовка, согласование и сопровождение договоров на: техническое обслуживание и ремонт автопарка; поставку запасных частей и вспомогательного оборудования; оказание услуг по ГСМ; иные сопутствующие услуги. контроль исполнения обязательств по заключённым контрактам; приёмка выполненных работ и поставленных товаров, оформление актов. Контроль сроков действия документов: отслеживание сроков окончания договоров ОСАГО и технического осмотра (ТО) транспортных средств; мониторинг сроков действия договоров на поставку ГСМ; контроль периодичности медосмотров водителей; своевременное инициирование процедур продления/перезаключения контрактов.

высшее или среднее профессиональное образование (техническое, управленческое или иное профильное); навыки работы с офисной техникой и программным обеспечением (MS Office); внимательность к деталям, организаторские способности, ответственность.
