Основные должностные обязанности заведующего гостиницей включают в себя: Управление персоналом: Наем, обучение, мотивация и контроль работы всего персонала гостиницы (администраторы, горничные, служба питания, технический персонал и т.д.). Составление графиков работы, распределение обязанностей и контроль за исполнением трудовой дисциплины. Проведение инструктажей по охране труда, пожарной безопасности и других правил. Разрешение конфликтных ситуаций между персоналом и гостями. Финансовое управление: Составление и контроль бюджета гостиницы. Анализ финансовых показателей, выявление причин отклонений от плана. Контроль доходов и расходов, оптимизация затрат. Взаимодействие с поставщиками, ведение переговоров по ценам и условиям поставок. Управление операционной деятельностью: Контроль за качеством уборки номеров, состояния номерного фонда и другого имущества гостиницы. Обеспечение бесперебойной работы всех служб гостиницы (ресепшн, ресторан, прачечная и т.д.). Контроль за соблюдением стандартов обслуживания гостей. Организация и контроль проведения профилактических осмотров и ремонтных работ. Обеспечение безопасности гостей и сохранности имущества гостиницы. Взаимодействие с системами бронирования и другими партнерами. Взаимодействие с гостями: Решение вопросов и жалоб гостей. Обеспечение высокого уровня обслуживания и комфорта для гостей. Предоставление информации о гостинице и ее услугах. Другие обязанности: Составление и представление отчетности о работе гостиницы. Участие в разработке и реализации маркетинговых мероприятий. Анализ рынка гостиничных услуг и конкурентной среды. Обеспечение соблюдения законодательства в сфере гостиничной деятельности.
