The posting

1. Обеспечивает качество лечебно-диагностического и реабилитационного процесса. Организует работу по обследованию, лечению и реабилитации детей. 2. Готовит документы к лицензированию учреждения, аттестации рабочих мест медицинского персонала. 3. Разрабатывает и обновляет должностные инструкции медицинского персонала. 5. Контролирует порядок приема, выписку детей, а также организует перевод в другие лечебно-профилактические учреждения. 6. Организует консультации-консилиумы врачей специалистов учреждения и приглашает консультантов из других лечебно-профилактических учреждений. 7. Обеспечивает преемственность оказания медицинской помощи. 9. Контролирует работу пищеблока учреждения. 10. Контролирует соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима в учреждении. 11. Подготовка медицинской документации к устройству детей в замещающие семьи. 12. Проводит плановые (не реже 1 раза в месяц) и внеплановые проверки состояния лечебно-диагностического и реабилитационного процесса, по их результатам принимает все необходимые меры по устранению недостатков, подает данные в соответствии с критериями качества работы подчиненных сотрудников. 13. Осуществляет анализ качественных показателей деятельности учреждения, моделей конечных результатов. Готовит документы к годовому отчету по медицинской деятельности учреждения. 14. Осуществляет проверку медицинской документации, качества ее ведения, правильности и целесообразности применяемых методов обследования, реабилитации и лечения больных. 15. Осуществляет контроль за качеством лечебно-профилактической и реабилитационной помощи детям, диспансеризации детей с хроническими заболеваниями. 16. Организует повышение квалификации врачей. 17. Внедряет в практику эффективные методы и средства профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации, новые организационные формы работы по оказанию лечебно-профилактической и реабилитационной помощи детям. 18. Обеспечивает преемственность оказания медицинской помощи детям, своевременность консультирования и оказание помощи в областных и республиканских учреждениях здравоохранения. 19. Подает заявки на закупку для обеспечения подразделений медицинскими расходными материалами, лекарственными препаратами. 20.
