Консультирование врачей по вопросам назначения фармакотерапии и применения лекарственных средств, с учетом физиологических особенностей пациентов; Анализ лекарственной терапии, в том числе случаев возникновения осложнений при её использовании; Оценка адекватности назначенной медикаментозной терапии и принятие мер по её возможной корректировке; Отслеживание и анализ результатов применения лекарственных средств.Участие в курации пациентов, у которых обнаружены побочные проявления использования фармпрепаратов; Работа в системе АИС Росздравнадзора, заполнение бумажных и электронных форм извещений о побочных реакциях на лекарственные средства; Анализ результатов проведённых микробиологических исследований в части эффективности применения лекарственных средств, антибиотикорезистентности; Курация больных у которых выявлен резистентный возбудитель с целью подбора терапии; Участие в работе по снижению роста резистентности возбудителей госпитальной инфекции в стационаре; Участие в написании лекарственного формуляра медучреждения и его корректировке; Участие в реализации программ по апробации новых фармпрепаратов; Проведения фармакоэпидемиологического анализа в медучреждении; Проведения фармакоэкономического анализа использования лекарственных средств в медучреждении; Разработка методических рекомендаций, протоколов, алгоритмов, СОПов, приказов по безопасной и эффективной лекарственной терапии; Проведение аудитов отделений по лекарственной, хирургической и эпидемиологической безопасности; Отслеживание учёта и хранения фармпрепаратов; Организация для врачей и персонала медучреждения разбора сложных ситуаций в применении фармпрепаратов; Ведение соответствующего документооборота по правилам медучреждения; Разработка и контроль за внедрением протоколов лекарственной терапии, стандартов оказания медицинской помощи и клинических рекомендаций, а также участие в их разработке, внедрении и соблюдении; Проведение оценки потребности медучреждения в лекарственных препаратах.

Высшее образование по специальности "Терапия", "Педиатрия" или "Врач общей практики"; Аккредитация по специальности Врач клинический фармаколог; Медицинский осмотр (проводится на базе больницы); Предоставляется возможность прохождения профессиональной переподготовки специалистов, имеющих одну из специальностей: "Анестезиология-реаниматология", "Гериатрия", "Инфекционные болезни", "Неонатология", "Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина)", "Онкология", "Педиатрия", "Психиатрия", "Терапия", "Токсикология", "Фтизиатрия".
