Основные обязанности: Обеспечение пропускного режима: o проверка пропусков, удостоверений личности и иных разрешительных документов у посетителей и сотрудников; o контроль входа и выхода на территорию объекта; o регистрация посетителей в журнале учёта. Патрулирование и мониторинг: o регулярный обход территории и помещений согласно утверждённому графику; o визуальный контроль обстановки на объекте; o осмотр периметра, парковочных зон, подсобных помещений и других зон ответственности. Охрана имущества и материальных ценностей: o предотвращение хищений, порчи или незаконного вывоза имущества; o контроль за перемещением грузов и материальных ценностей на объекте. Поддержание общественного порядка: o пресечение конфликтов и противоправных действий на охраняемой территории; o предупреждение нарушений правил поведения на объекте. Реагирование на нештатные ситуации: o своевременное оповещение руководства и экстренных служб (полиции, МЧС, скорой помощи) при возникновении происшествий; o вызов группы быстрого реагирования при необходимости; o принятие мер по локализации угрозы (эвакуация людей, ограничение доступа в опасную зону и т. п.). Работа с техническими средствами охраны: o проверка исправности систем сигнализации, видеонаблюдения и контроля доступа; o фиксация неисправностей и передача информации техническому персоналу. Ведение документации: o заполнение журналов дежурств, учёта происшествий и проверок; o составление рапортов о выявленных нарушениях или внештатных ситуациях. Применение спецсредств и физической силы: o использование резиновой дубинки, наручников и газовых баллончиков строго в рамках закона и только в случаях крайней необходимости (для пресечения нападения, задержания нарушителя и т. д.); o оказание первой помощи пострадавшим при необходимости. Взаимодействие с правоохранительными органами: o предоставление информации и содействие сотрудникам полиции при расследовании инцидентов; o передача задержанных лиц правоохранительным органам.
