Выполнять Инструкцию по пропускному и внутриобъектовому режиму Самарского РГСиС; Знать ОТИ, его особенности, уязвимые места для предотвращения совершения актов незаконного вмешательства (далее АНВ). Знать порядок несения службы на посту, руководящие и нормативные документы, регламентирующие транспортную безопасность, порядок ведения документации в соответствии с ежедневными рабочими операциями. Незамедлительно информировать начальника смены обо всех изменениях в обстановке на территории ОТИ и прилегающей к ней местности. Выявлять, предупреждать и пресекать противоправные действия на ОТИ, своевременно докладывать начальнику смены информацию по вопросам состояния безопасности ОТИ. Докладывать в установленное время Начальнику смены о результатах несения службы. Правильно вести служебную документацию на посту, поддерживать на посту порядок. Соблюдать трудовую дисциплину, знать и выполнять нормы, правила и инструкции по охране. Находясь на посту, соблюдать требования правил пожарной безопасности, промышленной санитарии, санитарно-гигиенические и экологические правила. Проверять у граждан документы, дающие право на вход (выход) лиц, въезд (выезд) транспортных средств, внос (вынос), ввоз (вывоз) имущества на ОТИ и с ОТИ. Производить досмотр транспортных средств при въезде (выезде) на ОТИ, (в зону транспортной безопасности ОТИ). Вести наблюдение и собеседование в целях обеспечения транспортной безопасности. Производить задержание и передачу в органы внутренних дел лиц, совершивших или ведущих подготовку к совершению АНВ, а также производить досмотр, повторный и дополнительный досмотр вещей, изъятие вещей и документов, являющихся орудием или непосредственным объектом правонарушения.

Справка об отсутствии судимости, справка об отсутствии административного наказания за употребление наркотических или психотропных веществ. Наличие свидетельства об аттестации сил обеспечения транспортной безопасности ФБУ Служба морской безопасности.
