Оформление дефектных ведомостей, подсчет объёмов; Составление калькуляции себестоимости выполнения работ на основе реальных бригадных расценок; Составление смет и калькуляций(КС-2,КС-3) (программа "Адепт"); Подготовка смет стоимости строительства и проектирования для организации тендерных процедур; Согласование смет с заказчиком и подрядными организациями, контроль заключения договоров; Переговоры с подрядными организациями на предмет объективного снижения стоимости работ без потери необходимого качества; Разработка и оформление тендерной документации, технического задания, приложений к договорным документам; Ознакомление кандидатов на подрядные работы с объектом; Контроль за сроками выполнения работ подрядными организациями; Контроль за соответствием применяемых материалов и выполняемых работ требованиям проектной и технологической документации и Техническому Заданию; Осуществление контроля над устранением выявленных дефектов; Контроль объемов (КС-2, КС-3); Участие в работе комиссий по освидетельствованию скрытых работ; Участие в приемке выполненных работ и сдаче объекта в эксплуатацию; Ведение (контроль за ведением подрядчиками) технической, договорной, первичной учетной и отчетной документации, учет исполнительной документации.

Высшее строительное образование; Владение сметной программой Адепт, ГРАНД-Смета, AutoCAD/Компас; Опыт работы в строительной сфере от 3 лет; Опыт работы в области: ценообразование в строительной сфере; Знание технологии производства строительно-монтажных работ; Понимание сметного ценообразования, ТЕР, ФЕР,Г ЭСН. Знание сметно-нормативной базы; Умение рассчитать себестоимость выполнения работ; Знание бригадных расценок на выполнение СМР, по всему спектру наименований и видов работ; Знание рынка и поставщиков отделочных, строительных материалов с оптимальным ценообразованием; Умение подбирать аналоги используемых строительных материалов с целью снижения расходов без потери качества; Умение читать проектную документацию.
