Основные задачи и обязанности Главный специалист: Выполняет весь комплекс работ, связанных с распоряжением и управлением муниципальной собственностью; Участвует в разработке и проведении единой политики в сфере имущественных отношений в округе; Подготавливает и принимает участие в разработке проектов нормативных актов Администрации округа, связанных с повышением эффективности использования муниципального имущества, контролем за его использованием; Принимает участие в работе профильных комиссий; Ведет реестр муниципального имущества; Осуществляет подготовку и выдачу выписок из реестра муниципального имущества; Обеспечивает своевременное предоставление запрашиваемой информации в соответствующие органы; Обеспечивает своевременное и качественное предоставление форм отчетности по направлениям своей деятельности; Выполняет работу по заключению договоров приватизации, аренды муниципального имущества, безвозмездного пользования, хозяйственного ведения или оперативного управления; Осуществляет передачу муниципального имущества по договорам безвозмездного пользования, оперативного управления, хозяйственного ведения; Осуществляет контроль: использования по назначению и сохранности муниципального имущества, закрепленного за муниципальными предприятиями и учреждениями, а также имуществом, переданным в аренду, в безвозмездное пользование; Выполняет работу по подготовке документов и принимает участие в проведении торгов по продаже муниципального имущества в собственность или продаже права аренды; Осуществляет хранение и учет документов, связанных с распоряжением муниципальным имуществом; Ведет работу с письменными и устными обращениями граждан и юридических лиц, связанных с использованием муниципального имущества; Принимает участие в мероприятиях по выявлению бесхозного имущества и постановке его на учет; Подготавливает нормативные документы по списанию муниципального имущества.

Земельный кодекс РФ, Гражданский кодекс РФ, Законодательство об оценке имущества, нормативные акты по кадастровому учету и регисирации прав.
