Контроль выполнения требований санитарного законодательства и нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, регулирующих отношения в области защиты прав потребителей. Проводит необходимые санитарно - гигиенические и противоэпидемические мероприятия, используя современные методы анализа санитарно-эпидемиологической ситуации. Проводит ежедневный анализ регистрации и учета инфекционной заболеваемости. Проводит эпидемиологическое обследование очагов ВИЧ- инфицированных больных. Выявляет контакты с ВИЧ- инфицированными больными. Осуществляет контроль за полнотой ежедневно передаваемой информации о спорадической инфекционной заболеваемости отдельными нозологическими формами, заболеваемости ВИЧ- инфекцией и групповой заболеваемости в учреждениях и быту. Проводит анализ карт эпидемиологического и эпизоотологоэпидемиологического расследования; анализирует информационные материалы о состоянии инфекционной заболеваемости и проведении в очагах особо опасных инфекционных заболеваний. Проводит оперативный и ретроспективный анализ заболеваемости, контроль за осуществлением комплекса противоэпидемических мероприятий. Проводит экспертизы, расследования, обследования, исследования и иные виды оценок. Принимает участие в расследовании случаев инфекционной заболеваемости с целью установления причинно-следственных связей между состоянием здоровья и средой обитания человека. Проводит анализ выполнения плана профилактических прививок. Осуществляет зоолого- энтомологический мониторинг объектов возможного завоза особо опасных инфекций. Принимает участие в профессиональной гигиенической подготовке и аттестации должностных лиц и работников по вопросам профилактики инфекционных и паразитарных заболеваний. Оказывает консультативную помощь специалистам других подразделений по своей специальности. Руководит работой подчиненного ему персонала, содействует выполнению им своих должностных обязанностей. Составляет комплексный план мероприятий по профилактике инфекционных заболеваний, предупреждению завоза и распространения особо опасных инфекций с привлечением, при необходимости, специалистов ЛПУ. Составляет план противоэпидемиологических мероприятий, направленных на нейтрализацию источников инфекции, факторов передачи, защиту восприимчивых лиц в очаге и обеспечивает их выполнение. Совместно с участковым врачом (на селе-фельдшером) определяет контингенты, подлежащие профилактическим прививкам (дети, взрослое население). Получает ежедневную информацию из всех функциональных подразделений о случаях инфекционных заболеваний, нарушениях санэпидрежима, результатах санбакисследований, необычных реакций на введение иммунобиологических препаратов, расследует причины их возникновения и информирует руководство для принятия неотложных мер. Организует выполнение действующих приказов по инфекционным заболеваниям и соблюдению дезрежима. Проводит разбор каждого случая ВБИ со специалистами соответствующих подразделений.
