Осуществлять выпуск автотранспорта на линию в соответствии с заявками и графиком, правильную расстановку водителей и рациональное использование автотранспорта. Осуществлять контроль за техническим состоянием автотранспорта. Проводить инструктажи с водителями по охране труда и безопасности дорожного движения. Следить за соблюдением водителями режима труда и отдыха. Следить за правильностью заполнения путевых листов. Вести табель учета рабочего времени. Подавать заявки на приобретение материалов. Своевременно обеспечивать водителей средствами индивидуальной защиты. Необходимые профессональные навыки: проводить предрейсовый и послерейсовый контроль технического остосния автотранспортных средств. Пользоваться приборами контроля технического состояния автотранспортных средств. Пользовать универсальными инструментами специальными приспособлениями (съемниками) и средствами защиты. Выявлять причины неисправностей, поломок автотранспортных средтв. Определять при осмотре автотранспортных средств необходимый вид ремонта. Управлять транспортными средствами категорий, соответствующих области аттестации (аккредитации) пункта технического осмотра.

Иметь профессиональную подготовку по программе "Контролер технического состояния автотранспортных средств". Особенности управления транспортными средствами различных производителей. Технология проведения технического осмотра транспортных средств. Устройство и конструкция транспортных средств, их узлов, агрегатов и систем. Требования безопасности дорожного движения к параметрам рабочих процессов узлов, агрегатов и систем транспортных средств. Правилаиспользования средств технического диагностирования и методы измерения параметров рабочих процессов узлов, агрегатов и систем транспортных средств.
