Обеспечение всеми необходимыми для производственной административно-хозяйственной деятельности материальными ресурсами требуемого качества; Обеспечение удовлетворения потребности организации в аренде зданий и помещений путем поиска и инициации заключения договоров с контрагентами Создание базы надежных поставщиков на основе справедливых цен на услуги, товары и работы, качества товаров и выполняемых работ, гарантийного и послегарантийного обслуживания и ремонта материально-технических средств, спецтехники и автотранспорта, дизельных электростанций Обеспечение доставки материальных ресурсов в соответствии с предусмотренными в договорах сроками, контроль их количества, качества и комплектности и хранение на складах Организация работы складского хозяйства, соблюдение необходимых условий хранения, организация движения материальных ресурсов на складах, участие в проведении инвентаризации материальных ценностей Организация планирования закупочной деятельности и своевременного исполнения планов обеспечения товарами и услугами за исключением централизованных поставок Организация работы автотранспортного хозяйства Своевременное и точное составление всей необходимой отчетности по работе отдела и предоставление ее в установленные сроки Обеспечение эксплуатации и контроля за техническим состоянием административных зданий и сооружений, коммуникаций, прилегающей территории используемых для хозяйственных нужд Контроль за состоянием и сроком хранения аварийно-страховых запасов материалов и оборудования, с соблюдением лимитов на отпуск материальных ресурсов

Высшее образование Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание Microsoft Office, 1-С предприятие опыт руководящей работы от 3 лет

Условия: Оформление в соответствии с трудовым законодательством. дополнительный отпуск 4 дня График работы с 9 до 18 часов, сб.-вс. - выходные дни. Социальный пакет (выплаты - ежегодно к отпуску, к юбилею, рождение ребенка, свадьба и др.). Доп. оплачиваемые выходные дни - 1 сентября, свадьба, рождение ребенка). Ежегодная индексация зарплаты.
