Учет материальных ценностей. Отражение фактического расхода сырья и основных материалов в учетной системе 1С:ERP на основании производственных отчетов (формирование документов списания ТМЦ, отчетов производства за смену). Учет упаковки. Списание упаковочных материалов и тары в системе 1С в соответствии с фактическими данными выпуска готовой продукции. Закрытие производственных партий. Выполнение процедуры закрытия производственных партий (этапов производства) Диспетчеризация работы в 1С ТОиР. Заполнение документов Смета, Наряд, Акт . Ведение документооборота по заказам на внутреннее потребление, графиком регламентных работ. Корректировка графиков ППР, анализ причин дефектов, учет контролируемых показателей и корректировки технологических карт и технологических операций в системе. Ведение справочников. Заведение, редактирование и актуализация справочников номенклатуры (сырье, материалы, комплектующие, тара, готовая продукция) в информационной базе 1С. Документооборот и архивирование. Систематизация, подшивка и архивирование оригиналов первичной производственной документации (требования-накладные, акты списания, путевые листы, отчеты производства и др.) с обеспечением их быстрого поиска. Обновление и ведение документации производства.

Опыт и навыки работы 1С. Уверенный пользователь ПК и 1С:ERP (или 1С:Комплексная автоматизация). Обязателен опыт работы в модулях Производство и Склад . Знание автоматизированного рабочего места. Знание предметной области. Понимание основ производственного и складского учета, правил оформления первичной документации, жизненного цикла производственной партии. Внимательность и точность. Высокая концентрация внимания при работе с большими массивами цифровых данных, умение выявлять и корректировать ошибки учета. Системность и организованность. Навыки структурирования информации, аккуратность при ведении электронного и физического архивов документации. Образование:. Среднее профессиональное или высшее образование (экономическое, техническое) и дополнительное образование обучение по учету в 1С.
