Η Ηπειρωτική Βιομηχανία Εμφιαλώσεων ΒΙΚΟΣ Α.Ε στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά να εντάξει στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό της Merchandiser για τη περιοχή της Κεντρικής και Δυτικής Μακεδονίας.

Σκοπός της Θέσης

H διατήρηση και ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με το ενεργό πελατολόγιο ευθύνης. Η μέριμνα για τη σωστή παρουσίαση των προϊόντων στα ράφια και τις προβολές των καταστημάτων, η σωστή υλοποίηση των promotions, η επίλυση προβλημάτων και η εξυπηρέτηση των αιτημάτων του πελατολογίου ευθύνης.

Η μεγιστοποίηση του όγκου, της διανομής και του ραφιού των προϊόντων της εταιρείας στα καταστήματα ευθύνης της θέσης. Η αναγνώριση και εκμετάλλευση ευκαιριών των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του για την περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη τους και την διασφάλιση της συνεχούς και επαρκούς ροής πληροφοριών από και προς την αγορά.

Responsibilities

  • Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών merchandising ισορροπώντας μεταξύ των προσδοκιών των πελατών και των στόχων της εταιρείας
  • Ανάλυση πωλήσεων, αντιδράσεων πελατών και τάσεων της αγοράς με σκοπό την πρόβλεψη αναγκών σε εμπορεύματα και τον σχεδιασμό του εύρους και αποθέματος προϊόντων
  • Έλεγχος της υλοποίησης όλων των παραμέτρων του πλάνου πελάτη βάσει της ετήσιας συμφωνίας, και η επίτευξη των στόχων διανομής κωδικών, του χώρου ραφιού, προωθήσεων, προβολών, δεύτερων σημείων όπως αυτά συμφωνούνται στο πλάνο στόχων 4μηνου ή κατά περίπτωση με τον προϊστάμενο του.
  • Προώθηση της ανάπτυξης των εσωτερικών επικοινωνιών και συνεργασία με τους συναδέλφους του και το sales operations, με σκοπό την ισχυροποίηση των σχέσεων με τον πελάτη και την εξυπηρέτηση των αναγκών του.
  • Διαρκής ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές του κλάδου
  • Δημιουργία εποικοδομητικών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες και συνεργασία με συνεργάτες καναλιών με σκοπό την δρομολόγηση και το κλείσιμο συμφωνιών
  • Πρόβλεψη κερδών/πωλήσεων και σχεδιασμός προϋπολογισμών
  • Δημιουργία πλάνων έκθεσης προϊόντων για καταστήματα και διατήρηση ραφιών και αποθεμάτων καταστημάτων
  • Ενίσχυση του ενδιαφέροντος των πελατών και των επιπέδων πωλήσεων με την κατάλληλη έκθεση των προϊόντων

Requirements

  • Εμπορική οξυδέρκεια και δυνατότητα "αποκωδικοποίησης" των πελατών
  • Αξιόλογες δεξιότητες ακρόασης, παρουσίασης και λήψης αποφάσεων
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
  • Διαρκής ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις τελευταίες τάσεις και τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές στο merchandising
  • Ικανότητα να είναι φιλικός και εστιασμένος στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Δίπλωμα Οδήγησης
  • Επιθυμητό πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
  • Άριστη γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
