В стенах ИРТЕЯ создается будущее российской мобильной связи. Наш флагманский продукт для российских операторов – базовая станция LTE/5G, построенная на принципах программно-конфигурируемого радио (SDR) и открытой архитектуры OpenRAN. ИРТЕЯ приглашает талантливых специалистов присоединиться к нашей команде. Мы ищем не просто сотрудников, мы ищем единомышленников, которые разделяют нашу страсть к прогрессу и инновациям. Чем предстоит заниматься: участвовать в разработке системы управления мультистандартными (GSM/LTE/5G) базовыми станциями; участвовать в анализе требований и формировании плана развития продукта; проводить анализ спецификации (3GPP, ORAN и пр.) с целью формирования рабочих материалов для команды разработки ПО и других команд проекта; участвовать в выборе способов реализации конкретных функциональностей разрабатываемого решения; участвовать в формирование комплектов внутренней документации (Feature Description, Use Cases и пр.) в целях координации процесса разработки; взаимодействовать с командами разработки и тестирования на протяжении всего жизненного цикла разрабатываемой функциональности. Что мы ждем от кандидата: высшее образование в области телекоммуникаций или радио; знание основополагающих документов международных стандартизирующих организаций, таких как 3GPP, ORAN, ETSI, IETF, ITU, в области подвижной радиотелефонной связи; опыт эксплуатации\оптимизации радиоподсистем GSM/LTE/5G как минимум одного из существующих вендоров; знание английского на уровне чтения и работы с технической документацией, в том числе спецификациями 3GPP; владение продуктами Atlassian (Jira\Confluence); владение SQL (написание сложных запросов); умение работать с API; знание UML, умение визуализировать бизнес-процессы и логику работы систем.
