Команда разрабатывает уникальный на финансовом рынке продукт Инвестиционное консультирование для клиентов Private Banking. В качестве участника команды ты получишь возможность создавать не имеющее аналогов на рынке ИТ-решение для управления портфелями клиентов, исследовать и проектировать клиентский опыт, изучать и внедрять профессиональные инструменты анализа портфелей. Мы ищем бизнес-аналитика. Чем предстоит заниматься: разрабатывать модели и инструменты для анализа инвестиционных портфелей, включая финансовые показатели, риски, сценарии и поведение создавать расширенный инвестиционный профиль для учета предпочтений и ограничений клиентов, развивать ИИ-помощника и анализировать инвестиционные рекомендации развивать триггерную модель — проектировать сценарии и правила ребалансировки на основе профиля клиента, рыночной аналитики и событий масштабировать услугу в соответствии с потребностями бизнеса проектировать бизнес-процессы и функционал автоматизированной системы управления инвестиционными портфелями клиентов выявлять потребности для развития инструментов и процессов управления капиталом клиентов работать с гипотезами и задачами из бэклога продукта, формализовывать их в виде детальных бизнес-требований участвовать в тестировании разработанных решений и их внедрении. Что для нас важно: высшее образование в области экономики, финансов, математики опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком не менее 2 лет (желательно в финансовой сфере) опыт работы в Private Banking или работе с сегментом HNWI опыт работы в команде разработки, знание цикла проектирования и разработки продуктов знания в области банковской сферы и инвестиционных продуктов навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности (например, Гигачат, Кандинский).
