Мы делаем AI-native продукт для массового рынка не прикрутили чат-бота к существующему приложению, а строим продукт вокруг возможностей современных моделей с нуля. Детали расскажем на первом созвоне, но амбиция такая: продукт, которым вы сами захотите пользоваться каждый день. Сейчас мы ищем product-market fit и работаем в режиме стартапа: гипотеза прототип реальные пользователи данные решение. Цикл занимает дни, а не кварталы. Процессов минимум, влияния максимум. Почему это интересно Стадия, когда каждое ваше решение видно в метриках через дни, а не кварталы Никакого legacy и бюрократии процессы строим под себя Доступ к передовым моделям и инструментам, эксперименты поощряются Вы определяете, каким будет продукт, а не ведёте чужой roadmap. Чем предстоит заниматься: искать инсайты там, где они живут: воронки, логи диалогов, интервью с пользователями формировать и приоритизировать гипотезы, доводить их до эксперимента и решения определять, что попадёт в продукт на этой неделе и уметь объяснить, почему именно это работать в связке с разработкой end-to-end: от идеи до выкатки и анализа результата проектировать продукт вокруг возможностей LLM: сценарии, UX диалога, новые паттерны взаимодействия. Что для нас важно: высшее образование опыт запуска продуктов с нуля или на ранней стадии (0 1, поиск PMF) опыт проведения пользовательских исследований: интервью, тесты, системная работа с фидбеком практическое понимание LLM-продуктов: что модели умеют, где ломаются и как превратить это в ценность сильные аналитические навыки: воронки, retention, когорты сами достаёте данные и делаете выводы навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности (например, Гигачат, Кандинский).
