Участие в проектах сопровождения и развития функциональности корпоративных информационных систем по направлению Управление персоналом на базе SAP HCM (PY); Консультирование пользователей по вопросам работы в корпоративных информационных системах по направлению Управление персоналом на базе SAP HCM (PY); Обработка заявок на обслуживание корпоративных информационных систем по направлению Управление персоналом на базе SAP HCM (PY); Техническая поддержка работоспособности корпоративных информационных систем по направлению Управление персоналом на базе SAP HCM (PY); Оформление проектной/эксплуатационной документации по функциональному направлению Управление персоналом на базе SAP HCM (PY); Обучение конечных пользователей работе в системе на базе SAP HCM (PY); Подготовка отчетов о выполненных работах и иных результатах своей деятельности, включая ответы на запросы пользователей систем на базе SAP HCM (PY); Взаимодействие с Заказчиком, формирование функциональных требований, реализация функциональных требований

Опыт поддержки систем Управления персоналом на базе SAP HCM (PY); Опыт интеграции с другими модулями SAP и внешними системами; Опыт разработки технической и проектной документации по решениям SAP HCM (описания настроек, разработок, сценариев и протоколов тестирования, пользовательских инструкций и т.п. Знание внутренних архитектурных особенностей SAP HCM, чтение ABAP кода.
