Витте Консалтинг – компания, специализирующаяся на разработке и внедрении технологий для решения задач по автоматизации бизнеса в сфере управления информационными активами, производством и управления персоналом. Реализует системы управления предприятием и организационными изменениями. Оказывает услуги в области внедрения, разработки, поддержки и развития систем автоматизации бизнеса. Имеет собственный центр разработки, а также компетенции по решениям SAP. Входит в группу компаний «Ай-теко».

Обязанности:

  • Внедрение и тиражирование решений SAP HCM (PY)
  • Выполнение настроек в SAP HCM (PY)
  • Написание шаблонов миграции сложности, миграция
  • Интеграция с другими системами
  • Настройка законодательной отчетности (K4)

Требования:

  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт работы консультантом направления HCM от 5-ти лет, участие в проектах внедрения SAP HCM полного цикла
  • Знание законодательства и соответствующих бизнес-процессов
  • Опыт написания регламентов, концепций, ТЗ на разработку, КШ, ПР, инструкций
  • Глубокие знания и опыт в проектировании/настройке/разработке основных блоков функционала PY: автоматизированный расчет заработной платы на основе данных о рабочем времени, должности и других переменных; автоматизация прочих схем вознаграждения: бонусы, премии, акции и дивиденды; учет различных форм выплат: базовая зарплата, премии, надбавки и т.п; расчет налогов и других обязательных удержаний (страховые взносы, пенсионные отчисления, НДФЛ и т.д); применение различных местных и международных налоговых правил; анализ тенденций в расходах на заработную плату;
  • Опыт управления данными сотрудников: хранение всех данных, связанных с компенсациями и выплатами, в централизованной базе данных;
  • Операционная отчетность по заработной плате: генерация отчетов о начислениях и удержаниях, а также формирование отчетов для налоговых органов и внутренних нужд.
  • Базовые знания настроек и интеграционного влияния модулей PA/OM и TM;
  • Знание интеграционных аспектов, опыт построения интеграций с системами:
  • SAP ERP, SAP S/4, SAP MDG (деловые партнеры, проводки, МВЗ и т.п.);
  • бизнес-аналитики SAP BW;
  • облачными решениями для управления талантами, рекрутмента, целеполагания, обучения, кадровый электронный документооборот;
  • LMS, ITSM, СКУД)
  • Опыт миграции данных
