Продукты, над которыми мы работаем, напрямую влияют на финансовые потоки компании, поэтому мы ищем в команду опытного разработчика уровня Senior+ / Lead, готового брать на себя ответственность за архитектуру и качество решений. Обязанности Проектирование и разработка: создание, развитие и масштабирование сервисов учёта агентских договоров, а также систем формирования и выплаты комиссионного вознаграждения; Реализация интеграций: разработка и поддержка сложных интеграций с внутренними системами компании: финансовой системой, хранилищами данных (DWH) и архивом документов; Технический надзор:проведение code-review, выполнение технического надзора за решениями команды, участие в проработке архитектуры и технических решений; Оптимизация: поддержка, рефакторинг и оптимизация существующего кода, обеспечение доступности и отказоустойчивости сервисов; Улучшение процессов внутри подразделения: активное участие в жизни команды, работа по Agile, улучшение процессов разработки и качества кода. Требования Опыт работы от 6 лет коммерческой разработки на .NET и/или Node.js; Наличие технического образования; Опыт работы базами данных: уверенный опыт работы с промышленными СУБД (Oracle, PostgreSQL), включая оптимизацию запросов и проектирование схем; Опыт работы с нтеграциями и данными: глубокое понимание форматов данных (XML (XSD, XPath, XSLT), JSON) и паттернов интеграции; Опыт работы с веб-сервисами (REST и SOAP). Архитектура и код: уверенное знание ООП, умение применять шаблоны проектирования на практике. Понимание принципов Clean Architecture и DDD будет преимуществом; Инструментарий: Опыт работы с Git, JIRA, Confluence. Soft skills: Готовность работать по Agile, лидерские качества, умение аргументировать технические решения. Опыт руководства командой будет существенным плюсомю; Инструментальное владение AI для анализа, генерации и автоматизации. Условия Гибридный формат работы (современный офис в Москве, м.
