Мы – Страховой Брокер Сбербанка - Брокер №1. Наши пользователи – Брокеры, предоставляющие юридическим лицам и индивидуальным предпринимателям лучшие предложения по страхованию от топовых страховых компаний, с учетом потребностей и особенностей. Ищем Senor Product Owner для развития масштабной CRM-платформы, состоящей из 5 модулей над которыми работают сразу 3 команды. Обязанности - Разработка стратегии продукта: исследование рынка, аналогичных продуктов и пользователей нашего продукта; - Управление продуктом: формирование цели, виденья, задач и ключевых показателей эффективности продукта (KPI); - Беспрерывный цикл улучшения продукта: сбор обратной связи от пользователей, анализ метрик эффективности и формирование списка задач на доработку; - Управление бэклогом продукта: формирование, оценка и приоритезация бэклога; - Управление полным циклом разработки продукта: проработка и описание требований к продукту совместно с IT-командой, декомпозиция требований на этапы разработки, контроль конечного результата и устранение препятствий; - Презентация продукта: подготовка презентаций, проведение обучений и демонстраций продукта пользователям. Требования - Опыт разработки цифровых продуктов не менее 4-х лет, которые включают в себя бизнес-процессы и клиентские пути; - Опыт работы в качестве Product Owner не менее 3-х лет; - Опыт управления командами разработки не менее 10 человек; - Умение разрабатывать и описывать бизнес требования. Необходимо подтвердить артефактами с прошлых проектов; - Понимание принципов BPMN процессов и опыт их построение. Необходимо подтвердить артефактами с прошлых проектов; - Владение методологией гибкой разработки; - Опыт использования методологии Scrum или Kanban, Базовое понимание ИТ технологий разработки, понимание построение архитектуры инфраструктуры, API и логики разработки; - Понимание принципов Agile; - Будет дополнительным преимуществом: опыт работы в Insuretech компании, в страховании, понимание страховых продуктов и потребностей пользователей; - Инструментальное владение AI для анализа, генерации и автоматизации; - Дополнительным преимуществом будет опыт работы в InsurTech-компаниях.
