Банк обладает более чем 30-летним успешным опытом работы с международными и российскими клиентами: компаниями, корпорациями и частными лицами. В банке открыта вакансия Senior Relationship Manager. Обязанности: ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Развитие и поддержание долгосрочных отношений с корпоративными клиентами дирекции; привлечение новых клиентов и выполнение соответствующих KPI. Формирование и развитие собственного клиентского портфеля; полная ответственность за P L закреплённого клиентского портфеля. Продажа банковских продуктов корпоративным клиентам: расчётно-кассовое обслуживание, управление ликвидностью, конверсионные, торговые и кредитные продукты. Глубокое знание и продажа продуктов торгового финансирования и документарного бизнеса. Анализ потребностей клиентов, выявление возможностей для кросс-продаж. Мониторинг финансового состояния клиентов и анализ рисков. Координация взаимодействия между клиентами и банком, а также между внутренними подразделениями. Исполнение всех требований применимого законодательства и внутренних требований банка: KYC, работа с обращениями, соблюдение политик и процедур. Требования: ​​​​​​​ Высшее образование. Опыт работы от 10 лет в корпоративном банкинге / продажах финансовых продуктов. Опыт работы в российских и/или зарубежных банках; опыт в небольших банках с широкой отраслевой экспертизой приветствуется. Понимание документарного бизнеса и торгового финансирования. Знание английского языка будет преимуществом. Знание банковских продуктов, рынка корпоративного банкинга и актуальных рыночных тенденций. Понимание требований регулятора и законодательства в сфере корпоративного банкинга. Сильные навыки подготовки аналитических материалов и презентаций. Сильные навыки коммуникации и ведения переговоров. Развитый эмоциональный интеллект, высокий уровень ответственности и командности. Энергия, высокая мотивация, инициативность и готовность к активной работе. Навыки многозадачности, планирования и организации процессов. Навыки кредитного анализа, наработанная клиентская база/рабочие контакты будут преимуществом. Условия: ​​​​​​​ Оформление в штат банка. Гибридный график работы в формате 3/2.
