The posting

Структурное подразделение МФТИ, реализующее масштабные федеральные инициативы и программы дополнительного образования, в поисках SMM-менеджера. Мы создаём и развиваем образовательные проекты по современным языкам программирования, естественно-научным и техническим дисциплинам. Наша аудитория — школьники, студенты, педагоги, представители образовательных организаций и все, кто заинтересован в развитии в сфере технологий и науки. Мы ищем специалиста, который умеет говорить с разными аудиториями на понятном языке, создавать вовлекающий контент и системно развивать сообщества крупных образовательных проектов. Чем предстоит заниматься: Разработка и реализация smm-стратегии и контент-плана. Ведение аккаунтов компании в социальных сетях (Telegram, ВКонтакте и МАХ): набор подписчиков, создание органического роста, удержание целевой аудитории. Разработка и внедрение новых механик и приемов для повышения охватов и вовлеченности аудитории. Создание контента для соцсетей (посты, сториз, розыгрыши, партнерский контент). Коммуникация в чате с подписчиками, ответы на их вопросы и комментарии. Участие в создании видео- и фотоконтента для аккаунтов. Запуск рекламной кампании на охваты и подписки рекламу в ВК и Telegram (самостоятельно и с помощью подрядчика). Отслеживание эффективности аккаунта: статистика, обращения, заявки и прочее. Требования: Наличие портфолио, которым вы готовы поделиться. Понимание специфики площадок: от Telegram и ВК до Дзена и Одноклассников. Умение анализировать, правильно нацеливаться на целевую аудиторию. Интересное и грамотное составление текстов, умение провести фактчекинг Опыт производства съемок, видео и фотоконтента Умение работать в видеоредакторах, а также в Figma, Canva, SUPA, Live Dune Ориентирование в актуальных трендах Способность работать с большим объемом информации, многозадачность Что мы предлагаем: Работу в Центре развития ИТ-образования ведущего технического вуза страны. Оформление по срочному трудовому договору на три месяца с последующей пролонгацией на 1 год. Официальное оформление по ТК РФ. График работы: 5/2 (гибрид), с 10:00 до 19:00 (понедельник-пятница). Бесплатный доступ ко всей инфраструктуре МФТИ: бассейн, спортивный зал, обучение на открытых семинарах и лекциях, концерты. В соответствии с ТК РФ работники сферы образования обязаны предоставить справку о наличии (отсутствии) судимости и (или) факта уголовного преследования, срок изготовления которой может быть до 30 дней, просим заранее позаботиться о её получении.
