The posting

Разрабатывать контент-стратегию и контент-план для Telegram, VK и других согласованных площадок. Создавать и адаптировать тексты, изображения, короткие видеоролики, презентации и другие материалы с использованием AI-инструментов. Вести социальные сети проекта: готовить публикации, организовывать размещение и контролировать соблюдение контент-плана. Разрабатывать единый tone of voice и визуальные принципы проекта. Создавать концепции AI-аватара и цифрового персонажа проекта. Участвовать в разработке архитектурных и концептуальных визуализаций с использованием генеративных инструментов. Настраивать и поддерживать автоматизацию подготовки, согласования и публикации контента. Участвовать в создании чат-ботов и сценариев коммуникации с аудиторией. Анализировать статистику каналов, охваты, вовлечённость, прирост аудитории и конверсии. Формировать предложения по продвижению социальных сетей и тестировать новые форматы. Проводить анализ целевой аудитории, конкурентов и аналогичных проектов. Участвовать в создании презентаций, pitch-deck, описания проекта и других маркетинговых материалов.

Опыт работы в SMM, контент-маркетинге или интернет-маркетинге от 1 2 лет. Наличие реализованных проектов и портфолио с конкретными результатами. Опыт запуска и развития социальных сетей с нуля. Навыки подготовки контент-стратегии и контент-плана. Умение создавать тексты, визуальные материалы и короткие видео. Практический опыт работы с генеративными AI-инструментами для создания текстов, изображений, видео и презентаций. Умение составлять и дорабатывать промпты. Понимание различий между форматами контента для Telegram, VK, коротких видео и других площадок. Навыки работы с аналитикой социальных сетей. Умение работать в рамках согласованного tone of voice и визуальной концепции. Грамотная письменная речь на русском языке. Самостоятельность, системность, соблюдение сроков и готовность согласовывать промежуточные результаты. Есть опыт заметного роста аудитории в социальных сетях; в отклике желательно указать исходные показатели, период продвижения и использованные инструменты
