Проведение полного цикла UX/CX-исследований государственных услуг и сервисов: от установочной встречи с заказчиком до финальной презентации; Глубокое погружение в предметную область государственных услуг и сервисов для различных ЦА (физ. лица, юр. лица, госслужащие); Формирование рекомендаций как к интерфейсам, так и к процессам предоставления услуг в целом; Создание и корректировка методологий работы, шаблонов исследовательской документации; Демонстрация работы лаборатории на отраслевых выставках (работа на стенде), участие в медиа мероприятиях в качестве исследователя.

От 2-х лет опыта в UX/CX-исследованиях; Неоднократный опыт проведения полного цикла исследований от брифинга до презентации результатов и внедрения инсайтов, применение комплексного подхода к исследованиям; Опыт работы с различными цифровыми продуктами (веб-платформы, мобильные приложения, сервисы); Уверенное владение различными методами UX/CX- исследований: глубинные интервью, юзабилити-тестирование, опросы, UX-аудит и др., построение CJM и Service Blueprint, желателен опыт написания User Stories и формирования Userflow; Опыт разработки артефактов, сопровождающих процесс исследования: сценариев, гайдов, скринеров, протоколов и т.д., опыт формирования гипотез; Опыт изучения продуктов конкурентов, сбора и анализа данных; Опыт организации рекрута респондентов; Опыт проведения исследований с B2B сегментом, B2G (как плюс); Опыт ведения переговоров с крупными заказчиками (желателен); Системное мышление, внимание к деталям, высокая организованность и самостоятельность.
