Работаем с линейным персоналом, офисными сотрудниками, менеджерами, специалистами и IT-направлением. Мы сопровождаем кандидатов на всех этапах трудоустройства: от первого общения до выхода на работу. Работаем с разовыми и постоянными задачами по найму, помогая бизнесу быстро закрывать вакансии и формировать сильные команды. О компании: Мы — растущая команда, продвигающая торговые продукты и инвестиционные решения на глобальных финансовых рынках. Работаем в высококонкурентной среде Forex и CFD. В связи с ростом и выходом на новые рынки отдел реактивации ищет специалиста, способного выстраивать сложные диалоги и возвращать клиентов к активной торговле. Обязанности: Работа с тёплой базой VIP-клиентов, которые ранее пользовались услугами компании, но снизили активность или прекратили торговать. Возвращение клиентов к торговле: телефонные звонки, сообщения, индивидуальный подход, работа с возражениями. Реактивация депозитов: дополнительные вложения, повторные депозиты, возврат клиентов после просадок. Консультирование по торговым инструментам, условиям торговли и рыночной ситуации. Удержание и увеличение LTV клиентов; системная работа с базой, а не разовые контакты. Требования: Свободное владение английским языком и одним из языков: немецкий или французский. Опыт в B2C-продажах обязателен. Опыт в Forex / CFD / криптовалютах / инвестициях будет преимуществом. Понимание ключевых понятий рынка: спред, плечо, маржа, просадка. Устойчивость к отказам, готовность работать в условиях контроля качества диалогов. Способность работать в высоком темпе с большим потоком звонков и сообщений. Условия: Фиксированная часть: 100 000 – 150 000 руб. + процент от сделок и депозитов. Целевой доход: 500 000 руб. в месяц (не является верхней границей). График на выбор: дневная смена 10:00–19:00 или ночная смена 20:30–05:30. Обучение с нуля и персональный ментор на период онбординга. Современный офис, сильная команда, корпоративные мероприятия и розыгрыши. Возможность выходить на сделки уже в первый месяц работы. Награды за выполнение KPI, включая ценные призы. Ключевые навыки: Активные продажи, B2C, работа с VIP-клиентами, реактивация клиентов, retention, Forex, CFD, FinTech, английский язык, немецкий язык, французский язык, работа с возражениями, CRM.
