Como Onsite para nuestro cliente en Martorell, serás el punto de contacto entre los trabajadores, el cliente y Job&talent, asegurando que toda la actividad se realiza correctamente.

Responsabilidades

Recepción de solicitudes de contratación de personal, contratos de disponibilidad y otro tipo de documentación.

Gestión del pool de candidatos para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.

Control de asistencia del personal puesto a disposición.

Proceso de bienvenida a nuevos trabajadores.

Verificación de la correcta emisión de facturas.

Mantenimiento del archivo de la documentación generada y elaboración de informes.

Control y comunicación al equipo de las fechas de vencimiento de los contratos puestos a disposición ("CPD's").

Mantenimiento de la base de datos propia de un cliente.

Requisitos y habilidades

Imprescindible experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en ETT desempeñando funciones de selección y administración de personal.

Disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos

Conocimiento de la legislación laboral, convenios colectivos, etc.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

Buscamos un profesional con gran ambición para hacer suyo el proyecto Jobandtalent.

Gran capacidad para trabajar con grandes cantidades de datos y socios.
