Voor een toonaangevende internationale onderneming met een sterke ondernemersmentaliteit zoeken we een Allround Accountant A-Z / Finance Business Partner. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je diepgaande boekhoudkundige expertise met een adviserende rol naar de business. Je krijgt de kans om niet alleen de financiële processen te beheren, maar ook actief mee te denken over optimalisaties, rapportering en de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Als Allround Accountant / Finance Business Partner neem je een brede financiële rol op waarbij je onder andere verantwoordelijk bent voor:

  • Het voeren van de A-Z boekhouding van meerdere entiteiten
  • Het bewaken en controleren van diverse financiële en operationele stromen
  • Het opstellen van BTW-, Intrastat- en andere wettelijke aangiftes
  • De voorbereiding en coördinatie van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Het ondersteunen van consolidatie- en rapporteringsprocessen
  • Het waarborgen van correcte en betrouwbare financiële informatie
  • Het ondersteunen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële analyses
  • Het optimaliseren van interne processen en procedures
  • Het ontwikkelen van managementrapporteringen en financiële dashboards
  • Het adviseren van operationele stakeholders vanuit een financieel perspectief
  • Het ondersteunen van uiteenlopende financiële en businessgerichte projecten

Must haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance of een gelijkwaardige richting
  • Minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, audit of finance
  • Ervaring met een A-Z boekhouding en financiële rapportering
  • Sterke kennis van Excel
  • Analytische ingesteldheid en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen audit, consultancy of een internationale omgeving
  • Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering
  • Ervaring met budgettering, forecasting en business partnering
  • Interesse in operationele processen en financiële impactanalyses
  • Kennis van rapporteringstools of ERP-systemen
