Heb je een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit op zak en wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen de wereld van boekhouding? Voor een gevestigde speler actief in de gezondheidssector zoeken we een Junior Accountant die wil meebouwen aan een professionele en groeiende finance afdeling. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar leren, samenwerken en initiatief nemen centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Accountant maak je deel uit van het finance team en werk je nauw samen met de Accounting Manager en Senior Accountant. Je krijgt de kans om een brede boekhoudkundige basis uit te bouwen en actief betrokken te worden bij diverse financiële processen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Inboeken en verwerken van aankoopfacturen
  • Controleren en koppelen van aankooporders aan facturen
  • Verwerken van analytische dienstenfacturen
  • Inboeken van bankverrichtingen en kasstukken
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van betalingen via Isabel
  • Facturatie van intercompany-transacties
  • Verwerken van onkostennota's
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de accounting mailbox
  • Dagelijkse verwerking van documenten via OCR-scanning
  • Assisteren bij financiële rapporteringen
  • Ondersteunen van de Senior Accountant bij diverse boekhoudkundige en ad-hoc opdrachten

Must haves

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Goede kennis van Excel en MS Office
  • Sterke administratieve en analytische vaardigheden
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een professionele basiskennis Engels
  • Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidszin en een proactieve ingesteldheid

Nice to haves

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen boekhouding of finance
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket
  • Kennis van Business Central
  • Ervaring met digitale factuurverwerking of OCR-systemen
  • Affiniteit met rapportering en financiële analyses
