Voor een innovatieve speler in de regio van Gent zoeken we een AZ Accountant die ownership neemt over de boekhouding en de kans krijgt om samen met het bedrijf verder te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de algemene en analytische boekhouding van A tot Z en verzorgt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je staat in voor de btw-aangiftes, jaarrekening en wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Je volgt klanten- en leveranciersbetalingen op en ondersteunt de jaarlijkse audit.
  • Je werkt mee aan budgetten, cashflowprognoses en variantieanalyses.
  • Je zorgt voor correcte balansreconciliaties en betrouwbare financiële rapporteringen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisaties en werkt nauw samen met het internationale Finance Team.

Wat zoeken zij?

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting, of gelijkwaardige expertise.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en ambitieus om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Kennis van analytische boekhouding, budgettering of financiële analyses.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale of sterk groeiende organisatie.
  • Een proactieve mindset waarmee je financiële processen naar een hoger niveau tilt.
