Voor een financieel gezond en groeiend familiebedrijf met internationale activiteiten zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Accounting Assistant die het finance team versterkt. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd, waar de lijnen kort zijn en waar je de ruimte krijgt om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jobomschrijving

Je start vanuit een brede boekhoudkundige functie en bouwt geleidelijk verder aan je expertise binnen finance.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en controleren van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen
  • Opvolgen van de leveranciers- en klantenboekhouding
  • Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Uitvoeren van intercompany-afstemmingen
  • Voorbereiden van audit- en controledossiers
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking van de finance afdeling

Naarmate je verder groeit binnen de organisatie krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan:

  • Financiële rapporteringen en analyses
  • Budgetten, forecasts en cashflow-opvolging
  • Financiële inzichten ter ondersteuning van managementbeslissingen
  • Optimalisatie en digitalisering van financiële processen
  • Verbeteringsprojecten binnen finance en administratie
  • De financiële opvolging van verschillende entiteiten binnen een internationale groep

Must haves

  • Bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkaardig
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding of finance
  • Sterke boekhoudkundige basiskennis
  • Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en analytische werkstijl
  • Proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Interesse om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen finance
  • Goede kennis van courante ERP-systemen en digitale tools
  • Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale of multi-entity omgeving
  • Kennis van rapportering, budgettering of controlling
  • Basiskennis Frans, Engels en/of Duits
  • Interesse in procesoptimalisatie en digitaliseringsprojecten
