Wil jij graag een brede HR-rol opnemen waarin je echt impact hebt op medewerkers én organisatie? Zoek je een functie waarin je payroll, rekrutering en HR-projecten combineert binnen een stabiele onderneming met een mensgerichte cultuur? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien precies wat je zoekt.

In deze rol krijg je veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent het centrale HR-aanspreekpunt en werkt nauw samen met het management om ervoor te zorgen dat alles rond medewerkers vlot, correct en professioneel verloopt.

Jobomschrijving

Als HR Verantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Payroll- en personeelsadministratie voor een 30-tal medewerkers in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Opvolgen van lonen, afwezigheden, verlof, extralegale voordelen en sociale documenten.
  • Rekrutering van A tot Z: van vacaturepublicatie en screening tot interviews, contractvoorstellen en onboarding.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Opvolgen van sociale wetgeving en zorgen voor een correcte toepassing binnen de organisatie.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van HR-processen.
  • Ondersteunen van projecten rond onder andere tijdsregistratie, opleiding en medewerkersontwikkeling.

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met rekrutering en selectie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel als intern aanspreekpunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, discreet en organisatorisch sterk.

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van tijdsregistratie- en HR-systemen.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen of actualiseren van HR-procedures en policies.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen.
