Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent de aanjager van continue verbetering binnen de logistieke teams: je inspireert en begeleidt medewerkers om processen veiliger, sneller en betrouwbaarder te maken.
  • Je staat samen met teamleaders en operatoren in het magazijn, en coacht hen in de dagelijkse praktijk bij het detecteren en aanpakken van problemen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, leveringen en efficiëntie.
  • Je zet kleine en middelgrote verbeterinitiatieven concreet op, en draagt bij aan enkele grotere projecten met een duidelijke logistieke impact.
  • Je organiseert interactieve workshops, begeleidt probleemoplossende sessies en ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van een sterke verbetercultuur.
  • Je deelt je kennis en successen actief met andere logistieke teams en faciliteert samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je begeleidt Trainer Back-ups bij hun onboarding en ontwikkeling, zodat zij collega’s op de werkvloer zelfverzekerd kunnen opleiden.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Continuous Improvement Expert en werkt nauw samen met logistieke ingenieurs en ondersteunende expertises.

Must haves

  • Je hebt minimum 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een logistieke, operationele of productieve omgeving (magazijn, distributie, productie...).
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma (technisch of economisch) én een sterke affiniteit met techniek of procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je gelooft in de kracht van verbetering, laat je enthousiasme werken en kan anderen motiveren, coachen, trainen en inspireren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s op alle niveaus en spreekt zeer goed Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met change management, procesverbetering of projectmanagement binnen een operationele setting.
  • Je stelt je flexibel, doortastend en verbindend op, en voelt je helemaal thuis op de werkvloer.

Nice-to-haves

  • Kennis van operationele verbetermethodieken zoals Lean of Six Sigma, eventueel met certificering.
  • Kennis van het Engels is een duidelijke plus.
  • Ervaring met logistieke software of ERP-systemen is handig, maar geen vereiste.
  • Bijkomende affiniteit met coaching, changemanagement of training in technische contexten.
  • Ervaring in een internationale of snelgroeiende organisatie is mooi meegenomen.
