Locatie: Genk – Geen files, geen parkeerproblemen, wél een moderne en inspirerende werkplek.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als dossierbeheerder verzekeringen ben jij de rots in de branding voor jouw klanten, bedrijven en KMO’s. Je bent niet zomaar een administratieve kracht, maar de vertrouwenspersoon die hen begeleidt en ondersteunt. ?

  • Je volgt de volledige polisadministratie op, van premies tot aansluitingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een foutloze verwerking en facturatie.
  • Je adviseert klanten telefonisch en per mail, altijd met een scherpe blik.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega’s en fungeert als back-up waar nodig.
  • Je spot nieuwe opportuniteiten en speelt deze door aan het commerciële team.
  • Je blijft hongerig naar kennis en volgt de marktontwikkelingen op de voet.
  • Bachelordiploma Verzekeringen of een Masterdiploma of in het bezit van een PCP attest.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de verzekeringssector als productiebeheerder.
  • Ervaring in klantencontact met ondernemingen.
  • Ervaring bij een verzekeringsmakelaar? Een dikke plus!
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en servicegerichtheid.
  • Enthousiast, stressbestendig en gedreven om klanten het beste advies te geven.
