Voor een gerenommeerde specialist in complexe staalbouw, zoeken we een (Junior) Site Manager.

Jouw toekomstige werkomgeving

Onze klant realiseert technisch complexe staalbouwprojecten waarin engineering, montage, kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning samenkomen. De projecten situeren zich onder meer in hoogbouw, bruggenbouw, industriële en architectonische staalconstructies en offshore.

Je werkt mee aan indrukwekkende projecten in binnen- en buitenland, van grote bouwprojecten en fietsbruggen tot technisch complexe constructies voor pretparken.

Geen standaard bouwprojecten dus, maar projecten waarbij techniek, organisatie en precisie centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Junior Site Manager krijg je een grondige opleiding en groei je stap voor stap door naar een functie met grote verantwoordelijkheid.

Tijdens je inwerkperiode word je intensief begeleid door het hoofd montage. Je leert het bedrijf, de projecten en de verschillende aspecten van de montage kennen. Vervolgens neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op voor grotere werven, samen met een ploegbaas.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • de organisatie en opvolging van de montage;
  • de dagelijkse werking, planning en administratie op de werf;
  • veiligheid en kwaliteit;
  • de opvolging van medewerkers en onderaannemers;
  • budgetten en uitvoeringstermijnen;
  • werfvergaderingen en contacten met klanten en andere aannemers;
  • het opsporen, begroten en verdedigen van meerwerken;
  • ondersteuning van de projectmanager.

Je krijgt daarbij geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid en wordt klaargestoomd voor de volgende stap.

Doorgroeien naar Site Manager

Op termijn groei je door naar een volwaardige Site Manager en word je de hoofdverantwoordelijke op de bouwplaats.

Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager en het hoofd montage en bepaalt mee hoe het project op de werf wordt gerealiseerd.

Een functie voor iemand die niet alleen wil uitvoeren, maar ook écht verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen.

Je beschikt over:

  • een professionele bachelor Bouw of een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde;
  • een praktische en hands-on ingesteldheid;
  • verantwoordelijkheidszin en organisatorisch talent;
  • flexibiliteit en het vermogen om snel te schakelen;
  • de bereidheid om, wanneer een project dit vereist, tijdelijk in het buitenland te werken.

Je bent niet op zoek naar een klassieke nine-to-five en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar de planning en noden van het project centraal staan.

Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
