The posting

Bij onze klant dragen meer dan 500 gedreven medewerkers dagelijkse bij aan de productie, verwerking en verdeling van unieke hightech materialen die je overal terugvindt in het dagelijkse leven: in gebouwen, wagens, industrie, zonnepanelen, touchscreens, … Wegens toenemende groei zoeken ze een verantwoordelijke onderhoud en projecten om hun team te versterken.

Jobomschrijving

  • Organiseren van het curatief, preventief en predictief onderhoud.
  • Organiseren van de aanvragen uit de afdeling voor onderhouds- en verbeterwerken aan productie-installaties, opstellen van de planning, opvolgen van de uitvoering rekening houden met veiligheid, kwaliteit, duur en kosten
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van de onderhoudsafdeling, een 10-tal techniekers, inclusief weekendtechniekers
  • Organiseren van de werkzaamheden met externe firma’s voor onderhoud, vernieuwing en verbeteringen van de productie-installaties
  • Coördineren van werkzaamheden samen met de andere diensten, bijvoorbeeld infrastructuurwerken
  • Opvolgen en beheren van wissel- en slijtonderdelen t.b.v. de productie
  • Opvolgen van projecten ter verbetering van de productie-installaties
  • Opmaken en beheren van technische documentatie
  • Uitwerken van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkinstructies en procedures in nauw overleg met de VGM-dienst
  • Rapporteert aan de manager Technische dienst
  • Masterdiploma in een technische richting met enige ervaring of een bachelor in een technische richting met gedegen ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring in motiverend leidinggeven, graag werken in een team naar een gezamenlijk doel toe en het beste uit de medewerkers naar bovenhalen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, je ziet problemen als een uitdaging en je bent analytisch ingesteld
  • Je bent ook pragmatisch ingesteld en je zoekt naar een haalbare oplossing

  • Oog voor veiligheid, productiviteit en kwaliteit
  • Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen, overzichten en analyses te maken
  • Je kan zelfstandig de juiste prioriteiten stellen, je weet de werkzaamheden optimaal te organiseren en je bent flexibel ingesteld (o.a. wachtdienstregeling, opvolging techniekers weekendploeg, …)
  • Je bent een teamspeler met overtuigingskracht en met goede communicatievaardigheden om samen te werken met leidinggevenden en productiemedewerkers; vlot in het Nederlands en Engels is vereist
