GER Berufliche Integration, Stellensuche und Bewerbung Computeranwendung Sie betreuen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden individuell: bei der Steigerung ihrer Sprach\- und IKT\-Kompetenzen beim Erstellen ihrer aktuellen, ansprechenden Bewerbungsunterlagen beim Definieren ihres Stellensuchbereichs und ihrer Zielsetzungen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung ihrer Bewerbungsstrategie beim Nutzen ihres Entwicklungspotenzials Für diese Position sind folgende Qualifikationen erforderlich: Nachweis erwachsenenbildnerischer Kompetenz (mindestens SVEB 1\) anerkannter Abschluss auf der Sekundarstufe II oder Tertiärstufe und mind. 5 Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung Deutsch mindestens auf der Stufe C2 gem. GER gute Computer\- und IKT\-Kenntnisse Erfahrung im Bereich der beruflichen Integration und gute Kenntnisse des CH\-Arbeitsmarktes Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, konzentriertes Lernen und Spass zu vereinen und die Teilnehmenden damit zu motivieren, in kurzer Zeit grosse Lernfortschritte zu erzielen. Weitere Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil: eine andragogische Aus\- und Weiterbildung mit eidg.
