Are you an experienced Accounts Officer looking for your next temporary assignment? We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is available to start soon and is looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank, supplier and customer accounts Prepare and process invoices, payments and credit notes Assist with payroll processing where required Support month-end financial activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Respond to supplier and customer enquiries Assist with financial reporting and general finance administration Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience as an Accounts Officer, Accounts Assistant or in a similar finance role Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Experience using any of the accounting softwares Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities The ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to commence at short notice will be highly regarded What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate Immediate start available Convenient Parramatta location Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to expand your experience across a busy finance function If you're ready to hit the ground running and are looking for your next temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
