Ben jij administratief sterk, heb je een goede kennis van boekhouding en voel je je thuis in een technische omgeving? Zoek je een gevarieerde functie waarin je zowel boekhoudkundige als commerciële en logistieke verantwoordelijkheden opneemt? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming in de regio Kluisbergen, actief in verpakkingsmachines en weegsystemen, zoeken we een technisch allround bediende met een sterke boekhoudkundige basis.

Jouw takenpakket

Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse werking en combineert boekhoudkundige, administratieve, commerciële en logistieke taken.

Boekhouding en facturatie: Je verwerkt aankoopfacturen, volgt verkoopfacturen en betalingen op en ondersteunt de boekhoudkundige administratie. Je hebt inzicht in kosten- en opbrengstrekeningen, met specifieke aandacht voor rekeningklassen 6 en 7.

Aankoop: Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt prijzen, bestelt technische onderdelen en volgt leveranciers en bestellingen op.

Verkoop: Je maakt offertes en verkoopfacturen op, verwerkt bestellingen en informeert klanten over levertermijnen.

Logistiek: Je organiseert de ontvangst en verzending van goederen en volgt transporten en leveringen op.

Stockbeheer: Je controleert de voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraadgegevens correct bijgehouden worden.

Algemene administratie: Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse kantoorwerking en denkt actief mee over efficiënte werkprocessen.

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een administratieve, boekhoudkundige of technische omgeving.

Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding en begrijpt de werking van kostenrekeningen (klasse 6) en opbrengstrekeningen (klasse 7).

Je hebt ervaring met facturatie, aankoop- en verkoopadministratie.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van het Engels en Frans.

Je hebt affiniteit met techniek; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.

Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig.
