The posting

Als werfleider organiseer je de werven vanaf de start tot en met de oplevering met de grootste zorg voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met projectleiders, ploegbazen, arbeiders en onderaannemers. Aanwezigheid op onze werven is noodzakelijk om onze dagelijkse werking te voelen en mee vorm te geven.

Je identificeert de uit te voeren taken, materieel en andere eisen van de opdrachtgever op basis van het lastenboek; Je richt de werf in rekening houdende met de veiligheid van alle betrokkenen; je waakt over de veiligheidsprocedures en doet deze naleven; je spreekt medewerkers hierop aan; Je volgt de onderaannemers en eigen werknemers op, leidt hen op en stuurt hen aan; je geeft duidelijke en eenvoudige instructies; Je zorgt voor de noodzakelijke werkvoorbereiding en instructies op werfniveau; Je legt de technische uitvoering van de uit te voeren werken uit; Je bestelt het nodige materieel om de continuïteit van de werken te garanderen; Je zet de nodige maatvoering en niveaus uit, al dan niet in overleg met de afdeling topografie voor een snelle en foutloze uitvoering; Je inspecteert de voortgang van de werken, rekening houdende met het opgemaakte bestek en planning; Je controleert de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk; Je brengt dagelijks de nodige administratie in orde; Je houdt rekening met het rendement en grijpt in wanneer nodig; Je zoekt mee naar optimalisaties en stelt je commercieel op; Je leidt vergaderingen om werken op de werf te bespreken; Je bent steeds op zoek naar mogelijke verbeteringen in processen, systemen en werkwijzen om het rendement te verbeteren; Je rapporteert aan de projectleider.

Je hebt een praktisch technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht; Jouw leidinggevende kwaliteiten zet je dagelijks in; je weet de groepsgeest hoog te houden; Je hebt de nodige verantwoordelijkheidszin en het vermogen om onafhankelijk te werken; Je hebt oog voor details en je kan flexibel omgaan met meerdere taken. Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwgezet; Je bent flexibel naar uren en afstanden; Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt;
