Voor onze klant zoeken we een administratieve topper die klanten, verzekeraars, experten en de werkplaats met elkaar verbindt. Van de eerste schademelding tot de aflevering van de herstelde wagen: jij volgt alles op en laat niets aan het toeval over.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij schakelt vlot tussen klantencontact en dossierbeheer:
  • Je onthaalt klanten professioneel en begeleidt hen door het herstelproces.
  • Je beheert schadedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met verzekeringsmaatschappijen, makelaars en experten.
  • Je volgt herstellingen, onderdelenbestellingen en retours op, samen met de werkplaats.
  • Je maakt facturen op, verwerkt ze en volgt ze correct op.
  • Je houdt het debiteurenbeheer voor je rekening.
  • Je levert herstelde voertuigen af aan klanten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring met klantenonthaal en administratief schadebeheer in de autosector.
  • Je hebt kennis van het verzekeringswezen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt meerdere dossiers tegelijk onder controle.
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt vooruit en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Deadlines? Jij houdt het overzicht en volgt de zaken actief op.
  • Je bent leergierig, gemotiveerd en positief ingesteld.
  • Ervaring met Planmanager, Informex, Claims 360 en/of UBench
