Ben jij commercieel, geef je niet snel op en ga je door, ook als het even tegenzit? En word je graag extra beloond voor goede resultaten?

Als Vertegenwoordiger bij JobFIXers krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen regio en kantoor. Je krijgt een brutoloon+ bruto bonussen samen tussen € 2450 en € 3100 per maand, een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart, maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag en een tablet.

Ook je wagen groeit mee met je resultaten. Je start met een Renault Clio en kan doorgroeien via Citroën C3 Crossover, Volvo EX30 en BMW iX2. Behaal je onze grootste target? Dan wacht de Audi Q6.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen. Je gaat actief op zoek naar bedrijven in jouw regio en overtuigt hen om met JobFIXers samen te werken.
  • Je klanten goed opvolgen. Je houdt regelmatig contact en weet welke medewerkers ze zoeken.
  • Je targets behalen. Je werkt elke maand aan duidelijke commerciële doelen. Goede resultaten betekenen meer bonus en nieuwe doorgroeimogelijkheden.
  • De juiste kandidaten bij de juiste bedrijven krijgen. Samen met jouw consulenten zorg je voor sterke matches.
  • Je team begeleiden. Je stuurt jouw consulenten aan en werkt samen met je Regio Sales Manager aan de resultaten van jouw kantoor.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die graag verkoopt, mensen overtuigt en resultaat wil zien.

  • Je hebt ervaring in sales.
  • Je bent commercieel, zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ook als het even tegenzit, geef je niet op. Je blijft doorgaan en zoekt naar oplossingen om je doelen te halen.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact en stapt zonder probleem op nieuwe klanten af.
  • Je woont in of kent de regio waarin je aan de slag gaat.

Ervaring als accountmanager, vertegenwoordiger, kantoorverantwoordelijke of commercieel verantwoordelijke? Dan heb je alvast een sterke basis voor deze job.
