Je verdient € 2.250 tot € 2.600 bruto per maand, aangevuld met € 150 tot € 450 bruto aan bonussen. Daarbovenop krijg je maaltijdcheques, 32 verlofdagen en volop kansen om bij te leren en door te groeien.

Je komt terecht in een team waar het tempo hoog ligt, waar iedereen zijn steentje bijdraagt en waar successen samen gevierd worden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Veel telefoneren. Je belt dagelijks met kandidaten, volgt sollicitaties op en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe mensen.
  • Kandidaten overtuigen. Je ontdekt wat iemand zoekt, stelt passende vacatures voor en motiveert kandidaten om de volgende stap te zetten.
  • Vacatures invullen. Samen met je manager zoek je geschikte kandidaten voor de bedrijven waarmee jullie samenwerken.
  • Contacten opvolgen. Je houdt kandidaten op de hoogte, volgt hun opstart op en beantwoordt hun vragen.
  • Resultaten behalen. Je werkt samen met je collega's aan duidelijke doelstellingen rond telefoongesprekken, kandidaten en ingevulde vacatures.

Wie past bij ons team?

Een HR-diploma of ervaring in recruitment is niet noodzakelijk. Je commerciële ingesteldheid, enthousiasme en doorzettingsvermogen zijn veel belangrijker.

  • Je houdt van telefonisch contact en vindt het leuk om mensen te overtuigen.
  • Je werkt graag met duidelijke doelstellingen en krijgt energie van resultaten.
  • Je bent sociaal, vlot in de omgang en neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag samen met collega's successen boekt.
  • Je laat je niet ontmoedigen door een 'nee' en blijft doorgaan als iets niet meteen lukt.
  • Je kan fulltime op kantoor werken.
