Wat ga je doen?

  • Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen. Je bezoekt bedrijven in jouw regio en overtuigt hen om met JobFIXers samen te werken.
  • Je regio uitbouwen. Je onderhoudt klantenrelaties en zoekt actief naar nieuwe commerciële kansen.
  • Vacatures invullen. Samen met je consulenten zorg je voor de juiste match tussen kandidaten en bedrijven.
  • Je team aansturen. Je begeleidt je consulenten en motiveert hen om samen resultaten te behalen.
  • Commerciële doelen behalen. Je volgt je resultaten op en overlegt wekelijks met je Regio Sales Manager.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een commerciële doorzetter die graag verkoopt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Je hebt ervaring in sales,
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact en durft nieuwe klanten te overtuigen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt van duidelijke doelstellingen.
  • Een 'nee' houdt je niet tegen. Ook bij tegenslag blijf je doorgaan.
  • Je kent de regio waarin je aan de slag gaat.
