Work Today neemt de deskundige afhandeling van de volledige loonadminstratie van ondernemingen in handen.

In 2021 heeft Work Today de snelste self-service app ontwikkeld voor de middenstand. Hun contracten en personeelsplanning regelen ze nu slechts in 10 seconden fast en easy met onze app.

Work Today behoort tot de BOEMM groep, een HR tech bedrijf die de laatste jaren ontzettend hard geïnvesteerd heeft in technologie met deze self-service app als resultaat!

Wij zoeken ambitieuze, hippe, enthousiaste medewerkers om de app alomtegenwoordig te maken bij alle Vlaamse zelfstandigen.

In deze functie heb je de mindset van een commerciële professional.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wat is jouw takkenpakket?

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijke voor de prospectie en onboarding van de app bij de middenstand.
  • Jij blinkt uit in prospecteren en salesgesprekken dankzij een hoge dosis overtuigingskracht en expertise in het product.
  • Je geeft vlotte demo’s waarbij de focus ligt op efficiëntie en instant results.
  • Je bent graag op de baan en je draagt customer service hoog in het vaandel.
  • Jouw doelpubliek zijn de Vlaamse middenstanders: slagers, bakkers, aannemers, bloemenzaken, .... Alle kleine zelfstandigen die zich willen focussen op hun zaak en een efficiënte oplossing zoeken voor hun personeelsadminstratie. Een oplossing waar ze tijd winnen.
  • Door het dagelijks contact met klanten bouw je kennis op die je gebruikt om optimalisaties mee vorm te geven. Je deelt je inzichten met het IT team.
