Hou je van veel contact met mensen, werk je graag in een team en krijg je voldoening als je iemand écht kan helpen aan die job die ze willen? Als Uitzendconsulent bij JobFIXers zoek je elke dag kandidaten om hen met de juiste job te matchen!

Je verdient een brutoloon aangevuld met bruto bonussen samen tussen de € 2.400 en € 3.050 per maand. Daarbovenop krijg je maaltijdcheques, 32 verlofdagen en volop kansen om bij te leren en door te groeien.

Nog nooit in HR of recruitment gewerkt? Geen probleem. Je krijgt tijdens je eerste weken 40 uur opleiding en daarna elke maand een extra opleidingsdag.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Kandidaten zoeken en spreken. Je belt dagelijks met mensen die op zoek zijn naar een nieuwe job en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe kandidaten.
  • Mensen helpen aan een job. Je leert kandidaten kennen, ontdekt wat ze zoeken en stelt hen voor bij bedrijven waar ze goed zouden passen.
  • Vacatures invullen. Samen met je manager zoek je de juiste kandidaten voor de vacatures van jullie klanten.
  • Contact houden. Je volgt kandidaten op voor én nadat ze gestart zijn en zorgt ervoor dat ze bij jou terechtkunnen met hun vragen.
  • Samen resultaten halen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's op kantoor. Want een goede match maak je niet alleen.

Wie zoeken we?

Een diploma of ervaring in HR is voor ons niet het belangrijkste. Jouw persoonlijkheid en drive wel.

  • Je praat graag met mensen en pakt gemakkelijk de telefoon.
  • Je bent sociaal én commercieel: je durft mensen te overtuigen en initiatief te nemen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team en viert successen graag samen.
  • Ook als het druk is of iets niet meteen lukt, blijf je positief en ga je verder.
