We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. In this role, you will design analytical data models, develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes, and ensure the quality and consistency of information across multiple sources. You will also create and enhance dashboards, reports, and executive visualizations that help business teams monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Working at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, you will contribute to the evolution of analytical architectures and data governance practices. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving business challenges through data and building reliable, scalable analytics solutions. Accountabilities

  • Design and model analytical data repositories that support business intelligence, reporting, and informed decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using ETL/ELT methodologies.
  • Assess data quality, integrity, and consistency, identifying discrepancies and implementing improvements to ensure reliable analytical outputs.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and executive panels that communicate key insights clearly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of analytical architectures and enterprise data models.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring that information is consolidated, accessible, and suitable for analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define performance indicators, metrics, reporting requirements, and management visualizations.
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions that support operational monitoring, strategic planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data analysis workflows, business intelligence processes, and data governance practices.
  • Promote consistency and reliability across analytical models, reporting processes, and data assets.
  • A university degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and implementing data models for analytical environments.
  • Practical experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong knowledge of databases, including the ability to query, structure, and optimize data for analytical use cases.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive visualizations that communicate business performance and actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, analytics methodologies, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience evaluating, monitoring, and improving data quality, integrity, and consistency.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience using Databricks for data processing and analytics.
  • Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse architectures, as well as data governance principles.
  • Experience implementing or supporting cloud-based analytical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis, processing, and transformation.
