The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Relatórios Jurídicos - SEM OAB based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for transforming legal and operational data into reliable reports and management insights. You will work with large volumes of information, supporting the monitoring of productivity, deadlines, service levels, and operational performance. The position combines legal knowledge with data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management. You will help ensure that information is accurate, consistent, up to date, and useful for decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with different internal teams and responding to reporting requests from stakeholders and clients. With a strong focus on organization, continuous improvement, and process optimization, you will contribute to more efficient legal operations. It is an opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional to develop analytical and data-focused skills within a technology-enabled environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare, update, and monitor legal and management reports, ensuring that deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with established requirements and deadlines.
  • Extract, consolidate, organize, and process data from internal systems and control databases, maintaining the information needed for operational monitoring.
  • Regularly update operational information and indicators, including volume, productivity, deadlines, service levels, and other relevant performance metrics.
  • Analyze and validate data to identify inconsistencies, correct discrepancies, and ensure the reliability and consistency of information presented in reports and management materials.
  • Create and maintain control spreadsheets and databases used to monitor activities, performance, reporting cycles, and operational information.
  • Respond to requests for reports from internal teams and clients, coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders to validate and update information before delivery.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and management materials, helping translate operational data into clear and useful information.
  • Monitor reporting deadlines and delivery frequency, maintaining organized records and ensuring that recurring reports are delivered according to schedule.
  • Work closely with different teams to validate information and support the identification of opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and operational optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory, with no active OAB registration.
  • Previous experience preparing and updating reports, controls, and operational indicators, preferably involving the organization and analysis of substantial amounts of information.
  • Experience with data processing, consolidation, analysis, and validation, with strong attention to consistency and accuracy.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, particularly with formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and data treatment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with familiarity using spreadsheets and digital productivity tools.
  • Experience in a legal environment, particularly high-volume litigation operations, is desirable, as is familiarity with legal management systems and operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of operational indicators, volume analysis, productivity metrics, and SLA monitoring is valued, while experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting automation tools is considered a differentiator.
  • Strong analytical profile with logical reasoning, critical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with numbers, databases, and large volumes of information.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, combined with the ability to identify inconsistencies, conduct thorough data checks, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Proactivity, sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to deadlines, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, autonomy, and ease of interaction with different teams and stakeholders.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in identifying opportunities to optimize processes and make reporting activities more efficient.
  • Meal/food voucher (VR).
  • Home office allowance.
  • Coparticipative medical assistance.
  • Childcare allowance.
  • Partnership with SESC.
  • Registration.
  • Interview with HR.
  • Interview with the area, including an Excel test conducted via screen sharing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
